Monday Snapshot: Silken Threads

At a silk factory in China, where workers take individual, empty silk worm cocoons, soak them in water, and unravel them into usable threads. The cocoons that are unraveled for use in silk clothing are spun by the worm from one very long, thin, white thread of silk. It’s so thin that, from some angles, you can hardly even see it!
