One of the awesome parts of working in a team is that you have two sets of eyes to catch some truly excellent opportunities. Working together on shoots is always fun, because both we and our clients get to see two different perspectives on the same shot, and it’s usually a very eye-opening and enjoyable exploration!

Having a partner comes in handy during more ordinary moments, too, though: a few evenings ago, Ben was in the car, and witnessed a truly awesome sunset, with the clouds giving the sky an unusual look! Driving and taking photos at the same time isn’t the smartest idea, but one text message later, and he’d tipped me off just in time for me to drop my dinner preparations, grab the camera, and catch the last few minutes of the sunset before it dropped into darkness.

  1. Was this taken from your back balcony? Absolutely gorgeous Sarah.

    • Yep, it was taken from the upstairs deck! I do wish I’d been at a place where there were fewer trees and houses around, but sometimes you just take what you can get. 😉
